About Me
I build learning and enablement systems that turn business priorities into better execution and measurable performance across roles, teams, and organizations.
My background spans sales, performance consulting, organizational effectiveness, learning strategy, talent development, executive coaching, and GTM enablement. Grounded in adult learning theory, I design practical, role-based solutions around how adults learn, apply, and sustain new skills and behaviors.
I have led global teams and large-scale transformation work across complex organizations, building operating models, enablement ecosystems, and change strategies that connect strategy to the way work gets done. My approach is hands-on: diagnose the problem, identify the barriers to performance, build what is needed, reinforce it in the flow of work, measure whether it is making a difference, and keep refining based on results and feedback.

My Story
My career started in the classroom as a public-school secondary education teacher and evolved through sales, sales leadership, business learning partner roles, performance consulting, and global learning and enablement leadership.
I have worked across insurance and technology, in both smaller organizations and large global enterprises. That range shaped how I approach the work today: combining business experience, adult learning, organizational design, and hands-on execution to build solutions that work in the real world.
